A brief summary of the points

The main idea of my proposal is to create a system of electronic contracts (smart contracts) and start using this system for the place of ordinary money and other familiar documents along with their legal status.

The open money system organizes its own system of law, which is different from the state one. The legal system of open money is based not on trust in the state and subordination to its institutions, but on people’s trust in each other and strict fulfillment of obligations in order to preserve this trust. This system can be compared to a social network, where people follow the rules of the system in order not to lose the general trust of other participants, that is, not to spoil their reputation in the system.

To implement the open money system, you need to solve the following tasks:

• Directly create the electronic system itself with all the necessary functionality. 
• Ensure trust in the system. Convey its benefits to people who can influence its implementation and those who will use it directly in the first place. This also includes the task of making it sufficiently recognizable, since the success of its work depends on a sufficiently large number of participants.
• Provide legal status for the system so that it becomes part of the modern state system. It was adopted in a particular state as an official entity with rights. This requires an ethical justification of the system and then its political implementation in the form of the adoption of proper laws.
• Build your own political core of the system, consisting of people who understand and share the principles of the open money system. It should be understood that the system has full subjectivity, that is, independence from the state and all other people, in addition to those who are directly involved in its implementation.
• After all the above tasks have been sufficiently solved, the first practical goal of the system should be to organize a financially independent life for the participants in the system. Simply put, all participants in the system must be provided with food and everything necessary for life through the work of other similar participants. 

Key features of the system:

• The open money system aims to create a fairer social structure through the decentralization of power, transparency of information and full personal responsibility for their actions. 
• Participation in the implementation of the system necessarily implies support for environmental values aimed at preserving and protecting the environment, sustainable development and environmental safety.
• The open money system is international and can be implemented in any country.

Money in the system should not necessarily replace the usual state money and other documents and obligations. Using the system’s money, as well as participating in the system itself, is a voluntary action. 

Money of the system is not an analog of Bitcoin and an analog of similar currencies and payment systems, as it is based on other principles and has a different functionality. Simply put, open money is not a pyramid scheme, since its value is not determined solely by demand.
