How will the State be built?

I have no answer to the question: “How to build a state?” But there is a principle of honest performance of one’s duties, both in ordinary work and in public service. And how it should be arranged should be decided by the practice and the corresponding opinion of those who perform these duties as they should.

In this regard, my first goal and the goal of the open money system (OM) is to create conditions for the implementation of this principle of honest performance of one’s duties. The work itself can be worse or better, more honest or more selfish, but it is better where there is competition, more honest, where there is publicity and everything is transparent, there is access to maximum information.

Competition and openness

The principles of competition and openness underlie the OM system. But competition, you say, already lies at the basis of human nature and our society, in which people make any sacrifices in order to win in this competition. In some places, competition really hinders the development of mankind, as it contributes not to development for the better, but to the suppression of others in ways that are not approved by the majority, at least those who honestly fulfill their duties.

Therefore, competition must be fair, and for this it should be limited to the general opinion of honest people, their morality, which should become a law that directs the actions of everyone in a healthy direction. To implement this common opinion, there must be a simple and effective tool, which is the OM system.

The system itself, thanks to open contracts, can only exist through the activities of honest people, or rather, in such a way that it forces them to act in such a way as to conduct economic activity in it. And since being in the system is voluntary and with the consent of the participants themselves, voting in it will not depend on the opinion of outsiders who are not participating in mutually beneficial activities. In other words, voting in the system will not depend on the irresponsible crowd, which is easily fooled by beautiful promises or quick gains, since the crowd usually does not have any long-term interests. But if one day we believe in such promises, there will be minimal damage from this, since the system will allow it to be detected and eliminated quickly enough with the help of a new vote.

The advantage of voting in the OM system, as opposed to conventional voting on paper, is that it cannot be faked and its results directly empower the system as well as take them away. We have a direct rigid dependence of any elected person on those who elect him. In the same way, those who have chosen within the system are directly dependent on those who have been chosen. This increases the responsibility and importance of elections and democratic institutions in general.

Power in the OM system

Power in the OM system is not some new principle of power, it is all the same democracy, only with the use of digital technologies in a tighter connection with the economy. Thus, in the system of politics, that is, elections and the direct adoption of certain decisions, and the economy are not opposed to each other, but are connected together, complementing each other. In the economy, everyone works and creates primarily for himself. Politics directs these actions for the common good, sets common goals. Probably, without politics, without the state, our private well-being would be higher, but there would be no development. Everyone would live on their own, regardless of what is happening around. But such a life itself is impossible without some kind of state, which ensures at least even the general security of such a life.

Policies in the OM system are just enough to ensure economic activity, which inevitably must be regulated, since the very nature of common money implies a certain common source of power that controls this money. The economy also needs a certain body of justice that would regulate economic activity so that it is fair. But even if we organize the economy only on the principles of trust and mutual benefit, which in itself is impossible in a large modern state, this will not protect us from environmental problems. The economy will lead to prosperity, but without restrictions from above, in itself is not a hello to a more reasonable use of natural resources. So, for example, by raising prices for a particular resource that is disappearing, we will limit demand for it only when it really disappears. While in the economy it will not matter whether it disappears or not, since its disappearance will always be compensated by an increase in price. Thus, we cannot fully rely on economics without politics, since economics always assumes that we, in order to create something, take or use something, and this latter is by nature common, and we must jointly decide whether this or the person to take it. Modern time sets the need for a new power, which decides not only how to distribute what has been created, but also how to create.

To do this, it is necessary to implement a new government with new principles, and in order for it to be more effective than the previous one, it must have objective advantages that allow society to better realize itself both in the economic and political spheres.
