The main essence of the Open Money (OM) system

Next, I will try to explain the main points of the OM system as briefly as possible.

By part of the system

The essence of the open money (OM) system is its own open electronic money and electronic public contracts that allow you to establish economic relations based on this money. Electronic public contracts are a new legal system of relations. The advantages of public contracts are that they are easy to conclude without an intermediary, impossible to fake, they can be open to everyone, everyone can have access to information on them. Based on these contracts, participants in the system create their own economic and social environment, which in the future can replace most traditional state institutions.

In the system, you can register one person once. The user’s account will undergo multi-stage verification and will be the actual passport of the person in the system. 

Legal issues

 Participants in the system in any State will have the right to conduct economic activities using the system’s resources. This right must be part of the legal system of the State in which the system operates. The OM system does not cancel the existing state money and does not contradict the laws in the state, but if necessary, it changes the activities of the participants in the system. The OM system will develop as far as possible in a free commercial and democratic way, voluntarily attract participants for economic activities and supporters to promote interests in the state.

Principles for participation

 Participants in the OM system have certain principles in the organization of economic activity, they must be consistent with the principles of ecology. Environmental principles are the most important reason for implementing the system. The practical goal of OM is to re-organize the economy in accordance with these principles. The OM system is an organization with voluntary participation and with its own independent self-government. This self-government will be both elective and in the form of direct financing of certain socially useful affairs.

 Practical point

Making the economy part of ecology is the main point of the system. In other political matters, the participants of the system defend the principles of democratic and republican government already adopted in the state. The OM system creates conditions for the implementation of liberal and democratic principles. Therefore, its existence is possible only where they are at least formally accepted as part of official state policy.

As an organizer and ideologist of the system, I have a secular attitude to religion and other phenomena of cultural expression. And I will try to maintain this attitude for myself and all other participants in the system. These questions should have nothing to do with the implementation of the OM system. Everything that is outside the framework of the economy and the struggle for the right to implement the principles of ecology and the organization of the system as a successful commercial enterprise in it does not contradict or change the already established traditions in the general culture. The only tradition that we will change is the tradition of our treatment of the surrounding nature. All other changes will be solely a consequence of this process.
