What to do?

There is always something to criticize the authorities for. But at the same time, it is reasonable to ask those who scold:

– So what to do?

– Start thinking for yourself! Go to rallies!

– Well, what then?

Well, I have answers to these questions. I warn you, here I will state the idea superficially, without details. And, nevertheless, I will try to answer the question “What to do?” and what is the use of it. After analyzing everything I could get my hands on, I came up with obvious principles that positively affect any organization of people (for example, companies or states).

Mainprinciple is justice. This also includes the concept of individual freedom, equality of all before the law, the right to property, and so on. What we have achieved with varying degrees of success over the past hundred or two hundred years. They say that before technical progress comes social progress. So, the next principle that humanity will develop will be the principle of trust, organized not on paper (as it is now in the form of laws and courts), but in the digital space in the form of rules and agreements. Trust is already of great value. We trust banks (printed money), authorities (politicians), etc. But – not to each other, and they use it. Because they (authorities and banks) are more permanent, public, fair compared to a random person.

Some even trust themselves less than the authorities. And my offer is definitely not for such people. Because I want, on the contrary, to shift more responsibility to every citizen – both for myself and for the state.

My proposal is to create a system in which everything, or rather everything that we need from banks and the state, will be transparent: all financial transactions, all income and expenses of every citizen. A system like a social network, decentralized (without a single control center), but with its own elected president – the administrator of this network. Before becoming an administrator, a candidate proposes one or another “tax” program for absolutely transparent financing of all social needs: education, medicine, ecology, etc. Everything for which we now allocate money from the state budget. We will be able to finance the generally significant goals directly. Each of us could himself donate finances to those or other needs that he would consider useful to society, and this would be beneficial.

In fact, the functions of the state can be simplified to the function of levying taxes and distributing the budget. In the system I propose, this will happen automatically without the participation of tax and other authorities, as well as the accrual of funds to the account under the personal responsibility of the appointed or elected person responsible for this or that problem. And the functions of the elections, which can take place by electronic voting, which, purely technically, will be impossible to fake.

It is hard to imagine that with the development of technology, all this paperwork that accompanies any activity (various acts, invoices, invoices, quarterly reports …) will continue for centuries. Faced with this, I realized the complete uselessness and even the absurdity of this whole paper system, which needs to be completely abandoned and created a completely new one on a digital platform, accessible to everyone and easy to use. So that all human activity is aimed only at a specific result.

 The state or society must offer a complete alternative to all forms of state relations in digital form. My suggestion is not to expect this from the state, but to do it for ourselves, regardless of the state. And not only to do, but also to achieve the right to independence, to bring it to life, so to speak.

Obviously, such a system would be more efficient than any existing organization in the world. Its value is not only in transparency and fairness, but also in the ability to manage the economy in order to limit its impact on the environment and ecology. And this is why the whole world will support us and this is what worries, including the world elites. (There are forces that can interfere with this plan, but I know how to prevent their interference, although, for obvious reasons, I will not write about it publicly.)

In a system of trust and openness, we will be able to:

– restrict manufacturers of goods made of plastic, primarily food products, where plastic packaging is used;

– to force the use of pure methods of production;

– be more careful with animals on farms;

– grow organic fruits and vegetables, etc.

We should allocate funds to create favorable natural conditions where they do not exist – in deserts, steppes, etc. All this is either impossible or extremely difficult to do today, not only because of the corruption and bureaucracy that we are used to fighting, but even in the conditions of the free market we are accustomed to, the competition of producers who do not trust each other and cannot agree.

And this is a real world problem that needs to be addressed. Those organizations that can solve the problem of ecology will become the states of the future. It does not matter what it will be called – Russia, the UN, the IMF or Microsoft. Simply put, in order for a country to be rich, it is necessary to create an environmentally friendly economy that improves its main resource – nature itself. Such an economy is reliable and more trustworthy, and those who are trusted are also trusted with money.

I will add to this that the economic system being created is not socialism and not a completely free market. By introducing various forms of payment for the use of the system, a bias can be created either towards the social sphere of greater equality, or towards the development of the economy and enrichment according to ability and as a consequence of income inequality.

The system will have its own money, I call it “open money”, just like the system itself. The primary goal will be to create liquidity (real value) for the internal money of the system. So that everyone in it could provide for himself, to be less dependent (or not depend at all) on the existing economy and the state.

Money is “open”, because their movement will be open to everyone, including how much money someone has. (I note that for needs that you do not want to tell your spouse or parents about, for example, you want to give them an unexpected gift, open money is not at all necessary; they do not cancel the existence of official money and, even more so, the value of precious metals).

The implementation of the “open money” system is not the abolition of the state and the dollar. Rather, they are supplemented by creating an alternative, environmentally friendly economy and transparent social financing.

 Concerning “What to do?”. Of course, at the initial stage, I need help in developing this system. Including writing similar articles, making films. What I propose is simple enough, but for many it sounds like something “impossible”, “not in this life”. We need to explain to people that this is not so. You don’t have to convince everyone. Enough to understand yourself.

The next stage is to create this system, write it in a programming language, if necessary, create the language itself. And it should be a completely separate program with all the necessary features. It will take time, programming talent and “a little” finance to pay for this work.

When everything is ready, we can demand from the state the right to officially use the system for the common good. By this point, we should already have enough arguments and supporters around the world.

The system does not abolish the existing state power and does not even change it on purpose. Perhaps an amendment is being made to the law on cooperatives, but in general the system operates in parallel. And, moreover, it can be launched experimentally in some separate territory or in the republic. If anyone doubts that the state will allow the use of the system, I will say this: the “right” is much easier to demand than to demand the sharing of property already owned. Moreover, I assume that the state and the elites themselves will support the implementation of the system in order to preserve what they have.

 After obtaining the right to launch and directly launch, the most interesting thing will begin – the implementation of the system in the form of a local economy.

And here it will also require enthusiasts, but not volunteers. The economy of open money at first will be able to provide participants only with food, or rather, with what can be produced directly on their own, from the earth. But then, as the efficiency of food production grows, they enter the foreign market, there will be profit and the possibility of switching to more complex production, tools, and so on. The incomes of the participants in the system will also grow. We will use existing production facilities and accept funding, but only from those who also want to become a member of the system and earn money within it or simply buy its goods.

The system will improve the overall standard of living: the arrangement of roads, parks, and the entire surrounding space. Everyone will be able to allocate funds from the budget for what they see fit.

The system imposes more responsibility, but at the same time gives more trust in each other. It will be safe to lend money or things, as these or any other obligations will be stored in the system.
