Business use of Open Money

For most users, the OM system will be a simple and convenient analogue of money or a familiar bank account in the application on the phone, to which money will be credited and debited from users like you. In the event that you work and receive a salary, then the economic scope of OM will be quite clear to you as much as the modern economy is clear.

If you produce and sell something, then understanding the OM system becomes more complicated along with the very processes that you carry out and are responsible for. For you, the OM system will be both money itself and an electronic system that will allow commercial activities based on contracts within it. Any service you provide or any product you produce in the system that you forget to be accompanied by a contract that the buyer signs in their OM application.

Sales Organization

 If you, for example, grow your own food and sell it to his shop, it will look like this. By installing the OM application on your phone or PC, you create a list of your products with prices in it so that the name and description of the product is clearly identified with the product itself and describes its main characteristics. Each product entered by you in the application will have its own unique number – an article with your personal unique digital signature. This means that you personally created this product first and entered it into the system. In the system, this product is displayed as a transferable automatically executable contract – an auto contract. The buyer, entering your store, marks all the items that he wants to buy in his OM application. And, just in case, he asks the seller or, after examining the window, makes sure that the selected goods are available. After selecting the product and making sure that it is of proper quality, presses the confirmation button of the automatic contract. After that, the Auto Contract directly with the product itself becomes his property and under his responsibility, and money is debited from his account in the application.

Having used the product, he deletes this Auto contract or he forgets about this auto contract, like an old unnecessary receipt from the store, he is automatically removed from the list of auto contracts in the application, if it is written in the auto contract. If he wants to sell it again, he can use this auto contract and sell this product in the same way along with the transfer of this auto contract. Thus, this auto contract is an analogue of a check, in which data about who the goods were resold to are automatically entered.

 

Provision of services

In the case of the provision of services, for example, hairdressing services, lunch in the canteen, any other product that is not planned to be resold and returned, the seller creates a non-transferable auto contract, which can be produced after the service has been provided, as we traditionally do. Thus, it will be possible to sell food products by weight, if their purchase does not in any way imply their further resale.

Arbitration contract

Above, I described what concerns the sale of finished goods and the provision of services here and now. For large businesses and multi-component tasks, for example, building a house, this is not enough, more complex contracts can be concluded there with many conditions – the characteristics of the services provided, the quality of goods, the timing, the amount of payments in case of their violation, etc.

This, as in a regular contract, can be written in the contracts of the OA system, but such a contract will no longer be an auto contract, but an arbitration contract, that is, controlled by a third party – an arbitrator who, in the event of a dispute, decides who is right. The arbitrator for the contract is appointed voluntarily by the parties to the contract before it is signed. Any member of the system can act as an arbitrator. Payment for his services is agreed in the form of a percentage of the transaction.

The losing arbitration participant is obliged to pay the terms of the contract or reimburse the amount of damage prescribed in the contract. If it is not returned by a certain date, the debt under the contract becomes public. The same happens with any loan of money in the OM system. To do this, it is not necessary to create an arbitration contract, an auto contract is enough, since the system can fix the amount and term of return and, if the debt is repaid on time, the system will automatically cancel the created contract for borrowing money.

Absence outstanding contracts, respectively, means that the user can be trusted.

Lack of organizations

What I described above allows you to organize almost any economic activity – production, sales, lending, etc. The OM system does not require banks and any other organizations as market participants, all economic interactions will take place between people, users of the system, who have the same rights.

Over time, I allow the emergence of stock-type communities in the system with more complex contracts concluded between the participants, which distribute profits and losses between them. But the signing and creation of a contract always takes place on behalf of a particular user, who is primarily responsible for what is done on his behalf.

The only official organization

Home the official organization in the system is the system itself, the regulation of which will be carried out by a general vote of all users and the choice of leaders responsible for certain areas of activity that require regular supervision, including supervision of the entire system.

How the general management in the system will take place is a separate topic, which will be formed in the process of implementing the practical part, that is, creating a real economy in the OM system. This very process of creating the economy will lay the initial governing structure in the system, which, as I have already said, can and will have to change over time by direct voting for certain decisions or by choosing an administrator who, in advance, before the elections, will propose certain changes in the system, the implementation of which he undertakes to personally control.

Users will increase the number of goods they produce and, as a result, there will be more free funds in the system that can be directed to general needs and the achievement of any external goals that do not bring direct benefits. The natural economic course of OM is a transition from a competitive market policy to a social one, increasingly focused on the environment and quality of life. A balance must be established between market activity, which allows you to earn money for yourself personally, and social activity, which allows you to distribute this money for general purposes.

Simply put, if something in the system does not suit or users of the system have new desires and goals, and I assume this will happen all the time, users choose a new administrator who offers to fix what they have and then will achieve other more relevant goals . In a political sense, this is all the same democracy only with a more immediate and direct relationship between people, organized through an electronic OM system.

Social Budget Contract

What is considered social, for example, school and medicine will initially be provided privately through personal social budget contracts, which will have their own specifics. Budget contract— it is a contract between one and several users, socially budgetary, aimed at the provision of social services, for example, education, medicine, etc.

Consider, for example, the organization of a children’s school. To begin with, any member of the system who wants to get involved in the education of children needs to identify such a need that a school is required in the area. This is an informal process, to which the system is not directly related and does not organize education, does not oblige anyone to receive it. If a sufficient number of people have such a need, on this basis, an open proposal is formed from a specific user who wants and can lead the educational process – to organize a school. The proposal indicates everything necessary for this – rooms, desks, chairs, etc. The teacher’s salary itself is also indicated, the budget for the maintenance of the school, which will be under the full control of the teacher himself and the director of the school, who from this budget can, at his own discretion, allocate funds for the salaries of other teachers who will work in the school organized by the teacher.

This proposal is a budgetary contract between a teacher who organizes the activities of the school and parents who want to send their child there. Parents who want to send their child to school approve this contract by paying the price specified in the contract, allowing him to go there.Initially invested funds can be partially returned to parents who have invested in the organization of the school at the expense of those who will pay for its services in the future.

Everyone will develop the conditions for such contracts on their own, at their own discretion, the most successful of which can be copied by other organizers. For such social budget contracts, a certain platform will be created in the system where they can be supported.

Such social contracts involving education may include the issuance of certificates of education. Also, in addition to the directly technical organization of the educational process, a separate certification organization is registered in the system, subordinate to one specific user.

One user can create only one such certifying organization and ensure that certificates are awarded to those who truly deserve it. Being the director of a particular school as a certifying organization, he cannot create another school or other social institution with other certificates.
